Hi! I’m Ms. Gabby.

I help children and adults – of all abilities and backgrounds – to grow and explore the world with the help of horses. But really, I like to say “we” because each lesson is a team effort between the client, horse, volunteers and lastly me as the teacher and facilitator. We are all in it together.

Gabby is one of the most warm and welcoming people you’ll meet. With a big heart and lots of encouragement she motivates children and adults to grow into caring horse people.

The Horses

Hello, I’m Shorty. If you ask me, the best part of the day is when humans groom me and slip me a treat. I like to daydream, nibble on grass when no one is looking and I am kind of obsessed with safety, so I take really good care of the humans around me. Please say hi when you come visit!

Hey, Junior here! I love games and figuring out new ones is my favorite.
I’m still learning all about being a lesson and therapy horse, but love getting out to be a part of the fun!

I am Chief and I am finishing up my training to become a lesson and therapy horse. I am enjoying all the new things that I am learning and all the new people that I get to meet. I am very athletic and love a good challenge. I am very brave and curious.

Hi, I’m Daisy. I used to explore trails when I was young and am really calm under the saddle. Sometimes I make a grumpy face but please don’t judge – it’s just how I look. I’m really nice and care about humans – especially little ones. When you come visit, make sure to say hi (and maybe bring a treat, I love those!)

My name is Clyde, and I am the new guy on the team! I love my new job helping you learn to be a better rider and learn horsemanship. My favorite things are face rubs and when you tell me how handsome I am.

There are more horses at the barn that aren’t part of the lesson programs but you can still say hi to: Annie, Poppy, and Kahlua.
